PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slot machine allowing a player to concentrate on the play by reducing the player's burden of discrimination of the setting. SOLUTION: In the slot machine 1, either a winning sound 1 or a winning sound 2 is selected (S10 and S11) according to the result of comparison of the current probability (the actual winning probability) and a reference value (a reference winning probability) (S9), and winning of a selected small prize pattern is announced in an announcement mode with the selected winning sound. Accordingly, the player can recognize whether the current winning probability is high or low relative to the reference value in each winning without trouble.
