METHOD OF MANUFACTURING PLATED MATERIAL AND ELECTROPLATING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a plated material by which the plated material is manufactured with excellent productivity and sufficient corrosion resistance and at a low cost. SOLUTION: The inside of a plating bath 22 is defined into an anode chamber 26 and a plating chamber 28 by a diaphragm 24. An anolyte 36 comprising trisodium citrate solution and an insoluble anode 30 are housed in the anode chamber 26 and a plating bath 38 comprising nickel sulfamate solution in which trisodium citrate is added and a cathode 32 comprising a metallic base material of a material to be plated are housed in the plating chamber 28. A nickel plated layer is formed on the surface of the cathode 32 by flowing current between the insoluble anode 30 and the cathode 32 to carry out electroplating. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
