PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gastrointestinal medicine which enhances the binding force of sucralfate to an esophagitis portion to exhibit high effectiveness. SOLUTION: This gastrointestinal medicine comprises intraoral disintegrating tablets containing sucralfate. The medicine preferably compounds an antacid having a maximum pH of 3 to 4 in Fuchs modified method test, such as synthetic hydrotalcite. Furthermore, the medicine more preferably compounds sodium azulene sulfonate and/or L-glutamine. A high binding force of the sucralfate to the esophagitis portion can be obtained.
