PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control system of an automatic dispenser capable of applying to a storage medium, such as, USB memory, and of rewriting or writing information, while ensuring full security. SOLUTION: The control system of the automatic dispenser comprises a managing device 10 for writing information into the USB memory 30, and a control device 20 of the automatic dispenser for rewriting control program information 32 to be stored in the USB memory 30, when the USB memory 30 is connected. The managing device 10 writes pieces of security level information 31, whose security levels are specified in each kind of files into the USB memory 30 by a state being added with signature and being encrypted. The control device 20 performs signature check by decrypting the security level information 31 and rewrites the control program information 32, according to the security level specified by the security level information.
