PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device capable of shortening write time. SOLUTION: A liquid crystal display device (display device) 100 includes a plurality of pixels 32 and is configured so that the write time of a video signal to a pixel 32 may be changed in accordance with the position of the pixel 32. Since the write time of the video signal is changed to shorter one in accordance with the position of the pixel 32, the write time longer than necessary is prevented from being set.
