The area of the extended plane of the inner surface of the peripheral-direction extension chamber (38) extended toward the hydraulic expansion chamber (26) and in contact with the hydraulic expansion chamber (26) is set greater than a cross sectional area of an opening for oil removal into the peripheral-direction extension chamber (38).</p>
