The method involves recoding a control data transmission connection related to an event data by an interphone system (A) and a logging device (M). A busy signal is directly transmitted to a call subscriber device (T-x) by a busy call subscriber device (T-y). The recorded event data is analyzed from a busy call identification server (S) that is connected to the logging device and is attached to the call subscriber device of the interphone system. The call subscriber device is determined for busy signal call, and a subscriber of the busy call subscriber device is displayed. An independent claim is also included for a device for handling telephone call for a busy call subscriber device in a telecommunication network, comprising a logging device.
