The device has a diaphragm (1) supported in a vibrating manner and multiple electrically controllable drives (7) e.g. piezoelectric drives, provided for the diaphragm. The drives are connected with the diaphragm via respective lever arms (8). The drives are arranged around the diaphragm rotation-symmetrically, where the drives strike at the diaphragm centrally. The lever arms are made of aluminum alloy or hollow piece that is made of thin stainless steel sheet, where the diaphragm is made of nickel or titanium.
