<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a television receiver, a server, an operation system for the television receiver, and an operation program for the television receiver, capable of performing control, as intended by an operator, without using a gateway and without generating competition between a user operation and an operator operation. <P>SOLUTION: The television receiver 110 operable via a network comprises: an operation instruction receiving section 112 for receiving an operation instruction applied via the network; an operation accepting section 111 for accepting directly given operation without via the network; a restriction determination section 113 which distinguishes an operation based on the operation instruction received by the operation instruction receiving section 112 from the operation accepted by the operation accepting section 111 and determines whether or not to restrict the operation; and a receiver-side control section 115 for carrying out control accompanying the operation when the restriction determination section 113 determines not to restrict the operation. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
