<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface light source device 3 capable of emitting white light without being tinged with red by using a red LED 2R, a green LED 2G and a blue LED 2B as light sources. <P>SOLUTION: This surface light source device 3 is provided with: a light diffusion plate 1; and the red LED 2R, the green LED 2G and the blue LED 2B arranged on the back side of the light diffusion plate 1; and is characterized in that the total light-ray reflectivity Rt of the light diffusion plate 1 measured from the back side is not smaller than 30%; and a reflective plate 4 of which the front side is a diffuse reflective surface is arranged on the back sides of the red LED 2R, the green LED 2G and the blue LED 2B. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
