PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tablet containing a processed vegetable having excellent effects with respect to mechanical strength and disintegration property.

SOLUTION: This tablet contains the processed vegetable and at least one of pantethines, selected from pantethine, a salt of pantethine, pantothenic acid, a salt of pantothenic acid, pantetheine and panthenol.
