<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to perform calibration on a position of a working part even if a part including a center of a marker is shielded during image measurement. <P>SOLUTION: A working device has a working part for performing work to a workpiece, and a calibration jig in which a plurality of markers are arranged radially from a marker central point, wherein the plurality of markers are arranged in three dimensions and the calibration jig is mounted on the working part so that a reference point for calibration set in the working part coincides with the marker central point. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
