<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize operation, and to promote power saving in an integrated circuit in which a function to internally retain data for control such as an RFIC is provided and power supply is stopped at the time of the stop of intermittent reception in a standby mode. <P>SOLUTION: An ASIC part 17 internally having an SPI is connected with an RFIC part 12 via an input/output buffer circuit 180 to perform control in such a way as to stop power supply to the RFIC part 12 at the time of a stop of reception when no notice information is received in a standby mode, and to supply power to the RFIC part 12 when notice information is received. The ASIC part 17 performs control in synchronization with a stop of power supply to an input/output buffer circuit 180, and at the same time, takes in a register value from a control register 34 before stopping the power supply to the RFIC part 12 to retain it in the SPI.
