PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flame-retardant antistatic resin composition giving a molded product with excellent balance between flame retardancy, antistaticity, impact resistance, rigidity and moldability. SOLUTION: The flame-retardant antistatic resin composition comprises a rubber reinforced vinyl resin, a resin, a polymeric antistatic agent, a flame retarder consisting of a compound having a bromine atom, an antimony compound, and a tetrafluoroethylene (co)polymer. The above rubber reinforced vinyl resin consists of a graft copolymer obtained by polymerizing a vinyl monomer not including a hydroxyl group-containing vinyl monomer in the presence of a rubber polymer, or a mixture of the graft copolymer and a (co)polymer obtained by using the vinyl monomer. The above resin is a graft copolymer obtained by polymerizing the vinyl monomer including a hydroxyl group-containing vinyl monomer in the presence of a rubber polymer and/or a (co)polymer obtained by using the vinyl monomer, and contains 1-20 mass% of the hydroxyl group-containing vinyl monomer units.
