PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately deal with the emergency situation by enabling a person, who has incurred the emergency situation, to easily make contact, from a mobile phone terminal, with a neighboring mobile phone terminal holder. SOLUTION: A disclosed system for executing contact in occurrence of emergency situation comprises: a first mobile terminal 2 for a person, who has incurred the emergency situation, to report a notification of emergency situation occurrence; a second mobile phone terminal 2a held by a person who shows the will that he or she may receive the notification of emergency situation occurrence; and a base station 1 for communicating the notification from the first mobile phone terminal 2 with the second mobile phone terminal 2a. The person, who has incurred the emergency situation, easily makes contact with the neighboring mobile phone holder utilizing a mobile phone, thereby appropriately dealing with the emergency situation.
