PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the cooling effect of a driving signal forming part by cooling the driving signal forming part by the outside air of a temperature lower than that of the air in a liquid ejecting apparatus heated by the driving signal forming part. SOLUTION: In the liquid ejecting apparatus equipped with a head 41 which ejects a liquid by a driving signal, the driving signal forming part which forms the driving signal, and a fan for cooling the driving signal forming part which generates heat by formation of the driving signal, the fan 45 sucks the air from outside of the liquid ejecting apparatus.
