PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely impress voltage to a liquid in a container. SOLUTION: A fitting part (12a) of a conductive member (12) is fitted into a projected opening (11a) of the container (11) and a nozzle (20) is mounted in a recessed part (12c) of a flange (12b) of the conductive member (12).
