PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a continuously variable valve lift device for changing the valve lift according to the driving state of a vehicle. SOLUTION: The continuously variable valve lift device includes an output cam driving unit formed to transmit the rotation, an output cam formed to be rotated at the predetermined angle by the rotation transmitted from the output cam driving unit, an output cam position adjusting unit formed to adjust the position of the center of rotation of the output cam, and a valve opening/closing unit to be opened/closed by the output cam. The output cam position adjusting unit includes an adjusting unit body, an output cam rotary shaft connected to the output cam and formed on the adjusting unit body so as to be the center of rotation of the output cam, a guide roller for guiding the adjusting unit body, and an adjusting unit connected to the adjusting unit body to adjust the position of the adjusting unit body.
