An automatic manufacturing apparatus for a medicine envelop is provided to improve productivity by manufacturing medicine envelopes through one process without blocking papers. An automatic manufacturing apparatus for a medicine envelop comprises a paper supply part(100), a center crease line shaping part(200), an adhesive coating part(300), a folding pressing part(400), and a cutting part(500). The paper supply part comprises a stoker, and an absorption transfer member. The paper supply part transfers the paper of a sheet shape laminated on the stoker to a transfer conveyor. The center crease line shaping part forms a center crease line on the paper transferred with the transfer conveyor. The adhesive coating part coast the center of the paper, formed with the center crease line, with adhesive. The folding pressing part folds the upper end and the lower end of the paper. The cutting part cuts the paper along the lengthwise center line and completes a plurality of medicine envelopes. In the center crease line shaping part, a plurality of anvil rolls are installed at a driving shaft in a row.
