<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently make a user input a technical term related to another medical care department by making a dictionary optimum for the user be started. <P>SOLUTION: An electronic medical chart client 200 receives a user ID and a medical care department code for identifying a medical care department wherein a patient is examined, refers to a user management table 250d wherein the user ID and the belonging medical care department code are associated and stored, acquires the belonging medical care department code corresponding to the user ID, compares the medical care department code of the patient and the belonging medical care department code of the user, starts a personal dictionary corresponding to the user ID when they coincide, and starts a medical care department common dictionary when they do not coincide. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
