METHOD FOR MEASURING SACCHARIFIED PROTEIN CONCENTRATION, AND BIOSENSOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a saccharified protein concentration in a sample to be determined in a short time by simple operation.

SOLUTION: The method for measuring the saccharified protein concentration includes sucking the sample from an opening part 31 for the sample by capillary phenomena, treating the sucked sample with a protease prepared in a pre-treating part 32 by allowing a nonwoven fabric 34 to carry the protease, introducing the resultant sample to an electrode system 22 installed in a passage 33 to react the enzyme immobilized on an action electrode 22a by a polymer with the product degraded by the protease treatment, and calculating the concentration of the sugar protein in the sample based on the reacted amount of the enzyme detected as an electric signal from the electrode system 22. As the polymer for immobilizing the enzyme, a water-soluble photocurable resin or a solid electrolyte is used.
