<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a detection oligomer and a method for quality control of a biochip by utilizing the same. <P>SOLUTION: The detection oligomer includes a template having a complementary sequence to an oligomer having a specific sequence and a hairpin connected to one end of the template. The detection oligomer includes a first single-stranded oligomer having a complementary sequence to the oligomer having the specific sequence, and a second single-stranded oligomer having a sequence capable of forming the hairpin structure connected to the one end of the first oligomer. The method for quality-controlling the biochip is a method for providing the biochip of which one end is coupled with an immobilized phase, wherein, the probe includes a first probe containing a desired number of monomers and a second probe containing a undesired number of monomers, and also includes mixing a QC probe with the first and second probes coupled with the immobilized phase, linking the first probe with the QC probe, and cutting the mixed linkage of the first and second probes with the QC probe, and the QC probe includes the template having a complementary base sequence to the base sequence of the first probe, and the hairpin connected to the one end of the template. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
