<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus configured to correct an image forming position at least in one direction using the degree of overlapping of a pair of marks, capable of suppressing dispersion of correction accuracy of image forming positions in one direction and the other direction. <P>SOLUTION: The image forming apparatus 1 causes an image forming part 19 to form images of a plurality of first patterns 130 each having a pair of marks 137 differed in color, and differed from each other in the degree of overlapping in a first direction between both the marks, and an image of a second pattern 132 disposed between one first pattern 130 of the plurality of first patterns 130 and the other first pattern 130 in a moving direction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
