PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an fraudulent act inhibiting OMR card inhibiting a fraudulent act at an originating source in a narrow site by the minimum number of persons. SOLUTION: The fraudulent act inhibiting OMR card 100 must have a marking section 10 which is prevented from being identified when the OMR card 100 is observed from an angle other than that of the front surface and can prevent an fraudulent act from being committed on the OMR card 100. In the OMR card constituted of the marking section which includes an answer display unit 11, therefore, the answer display unit of the marking section is constituted of the base of a dark shadow form.
