PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bidirectional DC/DC converter which corresponds to voltage that cannot be boosted or reduced only by a winding ratio, enables conversion into a prescribed voltage value, and allows easily miniaturization by reducing the number of components. SOLUTION: The bidirectional DC/DC converter is provided with a first switch inserted between one end of primary winding of a transformer and a + terminal of first voltage, a second switch inserted between one end of primary winding and a - terminal of first voltage, a third switch inserted between the other end of primary winding and the + terminal of first voltage, a fourth switch inserted between the other end of primary winding and the - terminal of first voltage, a coil, a fifth switch inserted between one end of the coil and a + terminal of second voltage, a sixth switch inserted between one end of the coil and a - terminal of second voltage, a seventh switch inserted between one end of secondary winding and the other end of the coil, an eighth switch inserted between one end of secondary winding and the - terminal of second voltage, a ninth switch inserted between the other end of secondary winding and the other end of the coil and a tenth switch inserted between the other end of secondary winding and the - terminal of second voltage.
