PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure the high degree of freedom of demanded ready-to-win decorative display and ready-to-win appearance and to provide high amusement of a game. SOLUTION: The game machine for extracting and storing various kinds of random numbers including a random number for a big winning, a random number for ready-to-win action determination and a random number for big winning stop identification information determination on the basis of the entry of a game ball to a specified winning port includes: a means for deciding the random number for the big winning; a decorative display pattern determination means; a stop identification information determination means for determining the combination of pieces of identification information when stopping variable display corresponding to a determined decorative display pattern; a variable display means capable of temporarily stopping at the identification information which is not the identification information determined by the stop identification information determination means; and a ready-to-win control means capable of reducing size of the identification information of a variable display area temporarily stopped while establishing the ready-to-win state and moving the identification information to the end side of the variable display area when variably displaying the identification information of the variable display area for not establishing the ready-to-win state again.
