PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve precision of a tracking apparatus which uses matching of a taken image and a template. SOLUTION: A self-location and posture are estimated based on information from a GPS 11 and an IMU 12. A gaze point of a tracking vehicle for tracking a tracked target is searched from the estimated location, the estimated posture, and a 3D image.
