PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To limit a photographing function to a photographing object which emits a light pattern that changes with time. SOLUTION: A CPU acquires a control ID from the packet data of the light pattern input from a light pattern recognition part in S1, determines whether the photographing button of an operation part is pressed in S2, determines whether the acquired control ID has contents for limiting the photographing function in S3 when the photographing button is pressed, executes the photographing function limiting processing of making the photographing function indicated by the control ID unusable and limiting photographing in S5 when the control ID has the contents for limiting the photographing function, displays a message based on the display data of the packet data at a liquid crystal display part in S6, and ends the processing.
