PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system, an apparatus and a method for disclosing data, which can disclosing data transmitted and received via a network. SOLUTION: The system for disclosing data comprises a user terminal device, a providing terminal device, and an intermediate terminal device. The user terminal device processes the data received and presents it to the user. The providing terminal device sends the data to the user terminal device. The intermediate terminal device changes the destination of the data in response to a request from the user terminal device to intermediate transmission and reception of the data, then sends the data received from the providing terminal device to the user terminal device, and discloses the data.
