PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve safety when executing an execution program after loading it to a RAM. SOLUTION: During initialization, a CPU executes a bootloader stored in a flash ROM. By this, a load program is written in a RAM. The load program written in the RAM is executed by the CPU while a kernel stored in the flash ROM is loaded to the RAM. During loading of the kernel program, the CPU monitors the presence or the absence of the possibility that the kernel storage region and the load-program storage region may overlap with each other on the RAM.
