PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make both accurate control on the same control device and control for information such as communication be compatible. SOLUTION: The controller 1 of the hardware part of a control device is configured to perform a control arithmetic operation from a signal from an input/output device 3, and to output a control arithmetic result through an input/output device 3 to a process 4, and provided with a timer part 17 to be excited in a fixed cycle. A software part is provided with a processing part 55 for an information; a processing part 54 for control; and an interruption management part 53 for switching the processing part 55 for information and the processing part 54 for control. Every time a timer 17 is excited, the interruption management part 53 executes a processing part 54 for control by interrupting the execution of the processing part 55 for information, and resumes the execution of the processing part 55 for information when the execution of the processing part 54 for control ends, and switches the processing part 55 for information and the processing part 54 for control.
