PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact clutch release bearing capable of surely preventing a seal member from coming out. SOLUTION: This clutch release bearing 10 includes, as main structural members, an inner ring 11 and an outer ring 12 rotatable relative to each other with balls 13 between them, and a first and a second seal members 15 and 16, of which outer diameter ends are fitted by pressure and fixed to the inner diameter surface 12a1 of the outer ring 12 so as to respectively seal an annular space, which is formed between the inner ring 11 and the outer ring 12, on a rear side and a front side. A retaining member 19 for restricting axially outward movement of an outer diameter end 15a of the first seal member 15 is fitted on the outer diameter surface 12a2 of the outer ring 12.
