The invention relates to a module for the scalable self-generation of electrical power and to an electronic circuit for controlling same, which prevents contamination by noise and emissions harmful to health and the environment. The module is mobile so that it can be used in areas located far from the power grid, providing the power required for each location without incurring additional maintenance costs. The module operates using: a solar panel, a wind generator, a hydraulic generator, an electrical adaptor and/or any combination of said components capable of generating the required voltage can be used or connected to the module for the operation thereof. The module also uses a battery for storing the voltage required for the motor/generator/alternator set to operate correctly, controlled by an electronic circuit which powers up/down the set, and a DC/AC inverter takes the voltage from said set.
