PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polymer film for reinforcing a polymer electrolytic membrane provided with an adhesion means exhibiting sufficiently high initial adhesion strength relative to the polymer electrolytic membrane and capable of high adhesion strength even under a use environment after that.

SOLUTION: In the fluorine resin coat polymer film for reinforcing the polymer electrolytic membrane, coating of a reaction product of a fluorine-containing copolymer (A) containing a fluoro-olefin, a cyclohexyl group-containing acrylate and a hydroxyl group-containing vinyl ether as constitution components and a crosslinking agent (B) having two or more of isocyanate groups is formed on at least one surface of the polymer film.
