<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the capacity of a screw compressor by reducing the amount of a fluid leaking from a compression chamber to a bypass passage. <P>SOLUTION: In a casing 10 of a screw compressor 1, a slide valve 70 is arranged on the side of a screw rotor 40. A bypass passage 33 for communicating a compression chamber 23 with a low-pressure space S1 is formed in the casing 10. When the slide valve 70 slides, the opening area of the bypass passage 33 in an inner circumferential surface of a cylindrical wall 30 is changed. A resin-made sealing film 61 is formed on a fore end of the slide valve 70. In the fully closed state of the bypass passage 33, the fore end of the slide valve 70 is pressed against a seat part 11 of the casing 10, the seal film 61 is then deformed, and the slide valve 70 and the seat part 11 are tightly attached to each other. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
