<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hybrid type hydraulic device capable of electrically driving the turning of a hydraulic device, by forming a conventional hydraulic device into a hybrid type while unchanged in its state or slightly modified. <P>SOLUTION: An engine 1 drives a tandem variable displacement main pump 2, and a hydraulic fluid delivered by the tandem variable displacement main pump 2 is supplied to a hydraulic motor 4 via a multi-valve 3. Thus, the hydraulic motor 4 drives a generator 5, and the generator 5 generates electric power.
