PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a current switch capable of attaching externally to a current line for measurement object and a mounting structure thereof with a simple construction and small and light in weight. SOLUTION: A glass tube 12 is fixed between a side face 51 and a through-hole 11 of a box-shape case having a through-hole 11 in the center of a bottom face, and a first lead 13 is connected to a first external signal terminal 14 provided on the side face 31 of the box-shape case, and a second lead 23 is connected to a second external signal terminal 24 provided on the side face 41 of the box-shape case. A magnetic loop is formed at the circumference of the through-hole 11 with the first lead 13 and the second lead 23 by extending between the box-shape side face 61 and the through-hole 11 and to the vicinity of the first lead 13 to form the current switch mounting structure.
