PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multidirectional switch setting biasing force acting on an operation rod appropriate even when the operation rod is slantedly operated. SOLUTION: The multidirectional switch is provided, between an engagement body 24 at an inner end position of the operation rod 20 and a bottom wall 13B of a case 10, with a pressure reception member 26 movable along a biasing axis Q, and a compression coil spring 48 for biasing the pressure reception member 26 in the direction of the engagement body 24. A plurality of projecting pieces 60 restricting tilt by abutting on the pressure reception member 26 are provided on the inner surface of a cylindrical part 56A of a rotor 56 integrally rotating by engaging with an engagement piece 24A in an outer periphery of the engagement body 24.
