PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film heater capable of suppressing exfoliation of an insulating film layer and an adhesive film layer and having a long service life. SOLUTION: The film heater has a heater wire 1 bent and deployed in a planar state, adhesive film layers 2 laminated on both faces of the heater wire 1, and insulating film layers 3 further laminated on both adhesive film layers 2 respectively.
