PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a server system, an operational management method and an operational management program by which a processing load for the operational management of respective blog portal sites. SOLUTION: The server system includes a first web page operational management server 31 which performs operational management about fixed functions about a plurality of web pages to terminals 4a to 4n accessing through a network 2, and a second web page operational management server 32 which performs operational management about predetermined functions about the plurality of web pages operationally managed by the first web page operational management server 31, helps the terminals 4a to 4n accessing through the network 2 create a web page through prescribed registration work, and performs operational management about all functions about web pages which are not operationally managed by the first web page operational management server 31 in a plurality of web pages created by this creation support.
