PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out a repair work for a short circuit between terminals of a thin-film transistor in an additional circuit disposed around an array section, even after forming an auxiliary wiring. SOLUTION: The additional circuit 148 including the thin-film transistor is disposed outside the deposition area of an upper electrode 508, further, the auxiliary wiring 515 does not exist in at least a portion above a part (repair position) of the wiring pulled out from the thin-film transistor. For example, the whole additional circuit 148 is disposed outside the deposition area of the auxiliary wiring 515, and at least the portion above the channel region of the thin-film transistor is covered by a lateral extension wiring 515b1 extending from the auxiliary wiring 515.
