PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple, quick and high-sensitivity immunological detection method. SOLUTION: This immunological detection method has processes for: (a) applying the first protein Y, capable of recognizing specifically an analysis object in a specimen modified by an enzyme label to the specimen or a sample including the specimen, and forming a complex, including the analysis object and Y; (b) separating the complex formed in the preceding process from the first protein Y, including the label not forming the complex with the analysis object; (c) applying peroxide, a reducing agent CD and a coloring material Cp to the complex; (d) and detecting a pigment generated from CD and Cp.
