PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food delivery vehicle having a high efficiency of vehicle allocation and capable of monitoring a transportation of food waste such as garbage, and food waste information management system. SOLUTION: The efficiency of allocation of the food delivery vehicle 3 is improved by a food waste information management system 1 equipped with the food delivery vehicle 3 having a freezing container (food storage case) for storing the foods and a freezing case which stores a food waste collecting container 3jfor storing the food waste to cool, and an information center server 2 having a management means which receives, reserves and manages the food waste information from the food delivery vehicle 3.
