PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a kitchen unit capable of preventing the detachment of a drain pipe from a drain outlet of a sink in the kitchen unit provided with a sink body having a sink and a kitchen range in its upper face, and a base supporting the sink body at a predetermined height, wherein the sink body is freely raised/fallen by turnably mounting it on the base via a rotary shaft extending in the left/right direction. SOLUTION: The sink 11 includes a net basket storage part for storing a net basket 34 for filteringly separating garbage, a straight first drain pipe 31 is communicatingly connected to the drain outlet 36 provided in the net basket storage part, the first drain pipe 31 is turnably connected to a second drain pipe 32 via a connection part disposed on an extension line of a rotary shaft, and when the sink body 10 is turned, the drain pipe 31 is turned.
