The bushing (1) has a plug receiving opening (3) and an elastically flexible contact plate (4) with electrical contact points for electrical contacting of a plug (2). The plate is arranged relative to the opening such that the plate is bent during insertion of plug and presses the points under bending stress laterally to the plug. A counter-pressure contact plate (6) is arranged on a side lying opposite to the plate relative to the opening and exerts a lateral pressure on the plug during insertion of plug into the opening, which works against the pressure of the plate on the plug. An independent claim is also included for a plug-in connector system comprising a plug.
