<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet-type catalyst heater having a thin compact sheet-shape and having uniform temperature distribution. <P>SOLUTION: This sheet-shaped catalyst heater having a heater function utilizing heat generated by supplying a fuel gas and an oxidized gas to a catalyst comprises at least a fuel supply chamber to which the fuel gas is introduced, and a catalyst chamber in which the catalyst is disposed, the oxidized gas is supplied to the catalyst chamber, the fuel supply chamber and the catalyst chamber are partitioned by a fuel gas permeable film, and the fuel gas is supplied from the fuel supply chamber to the catalyst chamber through the fuel gas permeable film. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
