<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steering angle inferring device allowing a driver to infer a steering angle satisfactorily even during stop or running at very slow speed of a vehicle. <P>SOLUTION: This steering angle inferring device 100 used to infer steering angle of wheels of the vehicle is provided with a steering assisting force detection means 21 for detecting the generation of steering assisting force in a power steering device generating steering assisting force in accordance with the steering torque to be inputted into a steering inputting part 30.
