PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treatment endoscope improving the washing property by adopting a detachable method of detaching an observation unit from a treatment endoscope body.

SOLUTION: This treatment endoscope 10 has one or more treatment arms whose proximal end is connected with the distal end of a body cavity insertion section 12 and which has a curving mechanism to be operated in a curved state, wherein the guide tube 96 is disposed in the body cavity insertion section 12, and the observation unit 200 is inserted by the guide tube 96, and observation unit 200 is detachably attached to the body cavity insertion section 12.
