<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a clip from scattering to a compartment space side when an airbag expands. <P>SOLUTION: In a clip mounting structure, a trim side clip 60 is provided on a roof trim 20 for mounting the roof trim 20 to a roof side rail 10 with a curtain shield airbag 40 arranged between the roof side rail 10 and the roof trim 20 arranged opposite to the roof side rail 10. The trim side clip 60 includes a joint section 61 which includes a shape projecting to a roof side rail 10 side in an expanding path of the curtain shield airbag 40, is arranged at a position where the curtain shield airbag 40 on the way of expansion can contact with it from a direction perpendicular to the projecting direction and is jointed to the roof side rail 10 side, a flat section 62 having a flat shape along a horizontal section 23 of the roof trim 20 and fixed to the roof trim 20, and a connection section 63 having flexibility and connecting the joint section 61 and the flat section 62. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
