<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an illumination advertisement device configured to prevent malfunction resulting from entry of rain. <P>SOLUTION: The illumination advertisement device (1) is configured such that advertisement plates (43, 45), a light-emitting body (10), and a light guide plate (9) are accommodated in a base frame (6), and light emitted from the light-emitting body (10) is diffused in a plane by the light guide plate (9) and illuminates an advertisement plates (43, 45) from back. A protective cover (11) for protecting the light-emitting body (10) is accommodated in the base frame (6). Additionally, in the protective cover (11), a pair of sandwiching pieces (51, 52) for sandwiching the front and back edges of the light guide plate (9), and a pair of support pieces (49, 50) supporting the end edge of the light-emitting body (10) are formed along one side of the light guide plate (9). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
